Core Stability
"If you have never worked on your core and don't know what or where it is, it's the
bit between the top of your bum and under your chest. The muscles that are housed
in this space are often neglected apart from a few hundred jerky stomach crunches
in the hope that a six pack will appear the next morning"

your abdominals, stabilise your spine and achieve a powerful torso. Benefits of
core stability include improved posture, agility, balance, co-ordination, power,
